Items purchased directly from Guillaumia are returnable within 30 days from the date of purchase, in like-new condition, and in the original packaging with the hang-tag intact.
Please contact support@guillaumia.com for your return. A return will only be accepted if you have contacted us to obtain a Return Authorization Number, clearly marked on the outside of the box, or included inside the package. You may be responsible for any shipping costs on returns.

Returns must be prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend you return all items via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Guillaumia is not responsible for packages not received if a tracking number is not provided. Once the original item(s) are received at Guillaumia, you will receive a credit in the amount that you paid (this excludes any shipping costs). Please allow 2 weeks for Guillaumia to refund to your credit card upon receipt.
Order Cancellations: Once an order has been sent to the warehouse and is in processing, it cannot be canceled.
